Myedeal FAQ


Posting an ad on Myedeal is simple. Just click on post free ad button on top of every page, fill out a simple form by following the instructions given with each field and then submit it by clicking on ‘POST MY AD’.
Posting your ads on Myedeal is completely free. You may post any number of unique ads on Myedeal.
Depending upon the details you have provided while posting your ad, you can have respondents contact you directly through email, SMS or call. Alternatively, they can send you a snail mail. We publish all your details on the site except your email-id which remains hidden. This is done to safeguard your privacy.
Your ad stays live for 90 days. However, you can extend the validity of your ad by renewing it. You can renew your ad by logging into the ‘My Ads’ section on the site.
You can view and manage your live and pending ads by logging into your account. You can also view other information such as category, position, views and responses to your live ads.


You can directly respond to the ad of your choice by clicking on the reply button or you can also visit the detail page of the ad by clicking the ad title or image to send your response. Alternately, you can call/sms/post to the advertisers depending upon the contact details provided by the advertiser.
You will receive sms/email of your ad responses on your mobile/email provided at the time of ad posting. Alternatively, you can login to your account to check your responses and to reply on your responses directly from ‘My Responses’.
You should follow the ad posting instructions carefully and should provide detailed and relevant information about your offer with image to attract the maximum and relevant responses. Alternatively, you should promote your ad to social networks and regularly use push-to-top feature to increase your ad view.
This may happen because your number is registered with DND list. This feature stops any messages that you may receive from Myedeal. To know the DND status of your mobile or to disable this feature you should directly contact your mobile operator.


We process the 95% of the ads within eight hours of posting but it may take more time on holidays/vacations. However, you can use the ‘Report us’ feature to speed up your ad approval which can be found in ‘pending ads’ section after you login to your Myedeal account.
This may happen due to any of these reasons:
  • 1. If your ad has expired.
  • 2. If your ad has duplicate and/or inappropriate content.
  • 3. If your ad talks about illegal material and/or procedures.
  • 4. If the email or mobile mentioned in your ad does not exist.
  • 5. If there is a genuine complaint against your ad.
Just login to your account and click on ‘remove ad’ link given with each ad.
To manage your ad details login to your account and click on ‘edit ad’ link given with each ad.
You can only repost expired ads and the ads deleted by you. To repost your ad login to your account and click on ‘Repost Ad’ link given under ‘Expired Ads’ section for each ad.

‘Report ad’ feature is available with each ad on detail page of the ad. There can be three main below mentioned reasons to report an ad:
  • 1. Miscategorization: The ad has content that is not related to its category.
  • 2. Spam: The ad has been duplicated or is false.
  • 3. Abuse: The ad has content and/or images that are inappropriate and unsocial.

Even though Myedeal has deleted your ad, it is likely that your ad features in google and/or other search engines. This happens due to indexation. The search engines like google have indexed your ads and thus it takes time for them to completely remove your ad from their end. We would request you to wait for at least 48 hours and then check again. The search engine systems will automatically remove your ad during that time.
Myedeal is a free online classified site. A third party may have used your name and contact details to post a false ad. We deeply apologize for this and requested you to report the ad as ‘Spam’ by using the ‘report ad’ feature. You may write to us at and we will remove your ad at the earliest
